Meet Dr. Yarlene Lopez

You’re already  stronger than you think you are.

“Your life did not end when you became a mother, on the contrary, you were reborn”

— Suka Nasrallah, Author

My goal is to help you build a meaningful life.

My goal is to help you behave like the kind of mom you want to be.

My goal is to help you grieve the loss of your baby and honor his/her memory.

I want to help you let go of the fight you have with anxiety, depression, or other overwhelming feelings.

Together we can create a safe and accepting space where you can share your story.

Sometimes life comes with doubts, fears, and scary or difficult thoughts and feelings.

I’m here to listen to you, with no judgment and to help you overcome these difficult experiences.

You will be able to find the strength and resilience to be yourself again.

You will find your way back and live a valued and balanced life. You will be able to reconnect with what matters to you deeply in your heart.

You will be able to feel joy again.

I’m no different from you. Like everyone else, I’m human, I’m a person with my own story.

I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am personally and professionally.

Motherhood changed the way I see life, death and love. Experiencing losses as part of my motherhood journey changed me.

Becoming a mom made me vulnerable and stronger at the same time.

Motherhood is romanticized. It is thought to be the happiest moment in your life, and it is for sure…but it can also be scary, overwhelming and uncertain.

Yet, no one talks about it.
